We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights in room 1, which was great, as it's a quiet room in the back, away from the street side. The staff here are so kind, helpful and friendly, and our room was cleaned every day. This hotel was a very good value for the rate charged.

So chhin hotel is a new hotel. It's not in guides so it's a very good value for the price because you have a double bedroom (aircon + TV + private) for 15 USD BUT including a good brekfast. I was taken advantage of here. About $80 was taken from the room while I was not there. The staff there tried to say I must have lost the money! I know it was taken from the hotel room. IF you do end up here, DO NOT leave anything VALUABLE in the room. Not even hidden away.
