Upon arrival I was immediately in awe of the long driveway bordered by the gorgeous old-growth garden full of mango trees, jackfruit trees, and more! The staff greeted me with a welcome drink and a cold towel and escorted me to my room as if I were part of the family. I chose Bloom Garden to get away from the... More

I stayed for 4 nights at Boom Garden. They provide free pick-up from the airport. The staff, particularly, Rathy and Nin, are really excellent in their service and rendering of help, for example, providing tips on where to go, checking on problems connecting to the wifi, doing my laundry etc. They exemplify what service with a smile is. No problems... More

We were staying at the Bloom Garden Guesthouse for 4 night starting on 8th February and couldn't have imagined a better place to be! They organized a pick up for us from Poipet border (Taxi 40$) and welcomed us at the guesthouse with refreshing towels and a fresh and cooling lime juice! Our room was a 3 bed-room on the... More

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'll start by saying that the staff is great - very friendly and always willing to assist in booking tours or addressing problems with the guesthouse. The tuk-tuk drivers who are recommended by the hotel are also great and you can book them to take you on trips to the temples... More

We stayed at Bloom Garden because TA recommended higher up the list were all full. Very good welcome on arrival with cold towels, glass of cold water and lemon juice. We were put in room 8 - the air conditioner did not work. We were given another room and the dvd player did not work - this was replaced. We... More

A beautiful villa close to Angkor Wat, this guesthouse has an all-Khmer staff, and will give you an experience of Cambodia's friendliness and warmth. The location allows you to see trees and gardens out of your window, and there is a comfortable balcony off the second floor for reading or breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I stayed for 4... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of November. Alhough our flight arrived late--just before 11pm, we had no trouble finding Rod, the Bloom tuk tuk driver who was waiting and greeted us with a big smile. The free airport pickup is nice. (Last year on our first trip to Cambodia we hired a taxi at the airport counter... More

Within 12 hours of arriving into Cambodia, I fractured my foot at Angkor Wat (6 of those hours I was sleeping!). Without the kindness and generosity of Bloom Garden Guesthouse's staff, my 5 star-trip could have quickly dissipated into a 1-star journey. However - they went above and beyond to earn this 5-star rating. Because I was on crutches, it... More

I was sick and wanted to go home ASAP. Bloom Garden staff were just the right amount of both caring and professionalism. The rooms are very nice with good A/C, wifi and TV with a zillion channels. Fun and knowledgeable tuk tuk drivers attached to guest house. Simple meals are available, and the standard two egg breakfast is hearty. Try... More
