We stayed in Parklane during the Cambodia new year 2013 and this is simply the right choice in terms of value for money. The staff were very enthusiastic and very helpful about where to go, book the tux tux, etc.. The hotel is also near the night market (about 8mins walking).

I stayed at the Parklane in the beginning of March 2013. The location is good, but not on the main drag. Which is good to get a quiet night's sleep. You have to walk about 10 minutes or take a $1 tuk-tuk to get to the bars, and night markets. But there was a great grocery store just 2 blocks... More

Very nice and friendly staff who always ask if everything was alright or if you need anything. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and overall very quiet. Located close to main market and restaurant/bar area..about 10 minute walk. However if a single male, take tuk tuk home at night ($1) to avoid being groped by teams of female(looking) pick pockets.
