My week in the Auburn Hill Hotel was very nice, except for an isolated problem. The employees there were very helpful and polite. The room is perfect for business and relax. The design and dimension of the hotel, besides the location are very good.

We never have any problems when we stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The hotel is in he perfect location -- easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We always come back to this hotel when we are visiting family in the Auburn Hills area.

While we were very disappointed because the spa was down -- and that was a key component in our selection and something we were looking forward to, we experienced excellent service and the rooms were very nice. Even when the lobby was under major construction, this hotel is excellent overall, staff, amenities, ambiance, and beyond. The restaurant is very good and very convenient. Potential for improvement would ne to add some more items to the menu.

as our title staes the property was understaffed and seemed to be overwelmed with the amount of patrons. they were very cordial in their attemp to cope but wore thin as more patrons arrived. We also had room service for breakfast that was completly cold.

This Hilton Hotel was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the rooms were really nice and well decorated. I thought the setup of the hotel was really neat. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The staff was even wearing VCU Havoc T-shirts during our entire visit during the NCAA March Madness.... More
