The owners are not Bolivian, I think they are Argentinian, Chilean or Spanish because they speak too fast spanish for a Bolivian of Peruvian couple and don`t look like them either. Our room here was lovely, large super comfy bed, the bathroom adequate, most importantly it had hot water!
