Hotel personnel was courteous and friendly, room clean, swimming pool was cleansed every morning, 10 minutes walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The only thing which harassed us was the noise from the building site nearby. General impression was very good and we can recommend the hotel also to our friends. More

Disappointed by this hotel. The room had bad acoustics, my room faced the road and you can hear the traffic well. . Further the room has airco however no heating system. Last week was cold and I couldn't get the room above 20°C, which wasn't comfortable for working. Good location near to Dubai Mall. More

The hotel is situated in a walking distance from Dubai Mall (wolrd's biggest mall) and Burj Khalifa (world's highest building), between which there is a free water fountain show (unbelievably beautiful) every evening from 7 pm onwards every half hour. Modern, comfortable, clean, courteous and professional service, great location for walking around downtown, child friendly, good morning buffet and room service.... and for Dubai not very expensive. What can I say more we really enjoyed our stay here and will be back. More

We chose the Qarmadeen Hotel primarily due to its proximity to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall and we were very happy with our choice. One of housekeeping staff opened the room door while me and my wife were inside!! I got so angry and shouted at him and called his manger, however she apologized!.
