The hotel is relatively good, specially for families. It's rate makes the value for money very good. Although the location is not super as it's away from all the Dubai attractions, however it's within walking distance to Burjuman mall. “Excellent Staff!”

The staff at this hotel will cater to you and make you feel like you are their sole guest. The daily breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym and pool was nice. All in all, this was a wonderful hotel and a wonderful experience.

We had a family reunion which included an 18th birthday. The staff sent a delicious cake and balloons for the birthday girl.The attention to detail was fantastic. We stayed there in April 2013 with my husband and 2 daughters. The apartments have everything one needs - big kitchen with cloths washing facilities, large bedroom, lounge etc. Spotless and very quiet. “Friendly Place to Stay”

I have been living at the Savoy Crest off and on in the past three months. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The only unreliable part is the capability to process visa's on time. I would advise that you get your visas processed by Emirates (Marhaba).
