Sagging mattresses, noisy garage next door, moldy bathroom, pigeon stool all around the pool when you watch the planes take off overhead, 30min wait for taxi, 15min walk to metro, poor Internet, dirty carpets and greasy bathroom floor. Positive- good beer in the bar and friendly service.

The hotel was great, the staff being most helpful & supportive at all times...the buffet meals were delicious. The location is good if you are interested in getting great bargains (Naif Souk being close to the hotel). Everything in hotel is good, except the food Staffs are friendly,rooms are big and sunny,cozy place for travelers that use hotel only for sleeping

i was there from 25/3/2012 to 30/3/2012 the hotel is not as 4 stars . staff was polite . room was big . restaurant was small and had not delicious foods. metro station was so far from hotel . lobby was small. swimming pool , disco bar were small.

It has everything to show as a good hotel but not as a 4 star hotel. it has a good room service, good food cooking specially fish, good entertainments such as billiard table but if I should go back to Dubai, I will never choose this hotel again.
