The apartment was fantastic - a great alternative to staying in a hotel room. Everything was clean and also very quiet. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and the nearest shopping mall the same. I would certainly stay again. Moreover the staff at the reception was very very helpful and friendly always at our service .

Day staff here are as good as they come but the night shift are just plain rude and run the hotel like a prison camp, They are insulting and will scream across the reception area and corridors at residents for id and status and have absolutely no service mentality. Great hotel, fantastic location. Rooms are massive, include a kitchen, microwave, toaster, kettle ect. Perfect for hotel for big families or big groups. Very cheap compared to other hotels in this central area. Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. But, staff weren't very friendly or organised. No free WiFi.
