No customer service Spa staff was clueless. One attendant doing 4 jobs (receptionist, masseuse, cleaner and manger). Supervisor was absent and hotel management went home according to staff. No one with any authority is available. This was at 7 pm. surely worth skipping.

“If you are from Europe, don't expect a 4 star hotel”

I like the space of rooms. That's all. Poor breakfast and not polite personel. Not free internet. Best deal for internet is to pay 70dhr for 11 day otherwhys they will charge you with 40dhr/day. Also be prepared to hear loud shouting on the lobbies from the personel

“No more than 3 stars hotel, bad staff”

Not very clean bathroom, broken shower, staff didn't respond to our needs at all, poor breakfast, they didn't care even if you gave them written complaints. The room is dull, no more than 3 stars for european standards. Would not recommend to my friend at all. Try another one if you hope for a nice holiday!

Great value for money hotel, clean room and very friendly staff, specially the evening reception clerk. Only suggestion - include indian cuisines in the menu and TV chanels need upgradation. I would definetly stay another time.

Cosmopolitan is a brand new hotel with friendly staff and a great Thai massage service. The bed is comfortable and cozy. It is within walking distance to the subway and one stop from Mall of the Emirates and less than 10 minutes by car to Burj Al Arab.
