This hotel was wonderful. I arranged for pick up at the airport...and the driver was there with a welcoming smile. The staff welcomed me in and made me feel at home. I imagine this used to be one of the top hotels in Dubai. Now it's a little dated by some of it's 5 star counterparts. The pool is a little small. Service ok. Nothing really makes it stand out for me. Concierge very helpful when managing the private cars. More
