Plenty of room. Helpful staff. Short walk to the Mall of The Emirates. I had breakfast included that was also good. My only complaint would be that the bed was a little hard for my liking and that the WI Fi was only available in the foyer. Great Value for money

“Still a great choice for "budget" travellers”

“Affordable yet with the service of a star hotel.”

A nice compromise. Hotels in Dubai are pricing up really quickly, so if you don't want to spend half your budget in a hotel room, go to suite Novotel. Nice stay and all the staff in the hotel are helpful, requested a corner room which was quiet and on high floors.Easy access to Mall of emirates and if your coming from airport with heavy suitcases and intended to use the Metro use the station before mall of emirates Definitely recommend this hotel.WiFi is only available in the lobby.

“Great but avoid the sofa bed !!”

Everything was great except the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable even kids did not want to sleep on it. The wifi available only in lobby could be improved as few people still use wired networks. The location is great close to the emirates mall
