The Aqua Hotel is extremely basic in service and facilities. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast/Dinner was meager and the staff at the breakfast lounge/cafeteria/restaurant were typicaly with attitude. Little or no communication.

I also endorse that the rooms in the Aqua Hotel are basic. We booked a deluxe double room for 14 nights in July 2012. My husband complained we were NOT in deluxe room but they assured us we were (nothing deluxe about it). The breakfast could have been good if only a lot of the food had not run out... More

A warning!!! My VISA card was copied at this hotel and massive cash withdrawals was done about 40 days after my visit. A general advice in Bulgaria is to never use a credit card for anything else than cash withdrawals in ATMs in monitored places, preferably in connection with banks... And do check the ATMs for possible scimming equipment. Else... More
