Yes, for a 3 stars hotel, it was quite a good hotel. But in winter time you have to be a careful about to warm the room. Only air condition hepls you,but warming the room you can be sick due to dry air...Well conditioned and the cafe-bar under the hotel is feels you like you are at home...
