This is a well kept hotel. Nice courtyard out front. Small room, very clean and excellent air conditioning. Good breakfast buffet. Easy walk to bus stop to catch bus to the old town. Friendly staff.

Basic hotel but lack of beach access unlike many of the hotels in the area. Felt more like a hotel for business use than personal, but for the money and the location, we don't have too many complaints. Friendly staff, but want to use the term "could do better"!

Nice small hotel close to restaurants and the sea. Boardwalk with cafes, bars, restaurants 200 feet from hotel. Close wlak to the sea. Brreakfast was very good at the hotel. Nice and quiet location next to the beach. It is excellent choice for business and leisure. The room had rich interior and classy bathroom. Rich buffet style breakfast. Convenient parking on site. Shopping mall is nearby.

Easy bus ride[10 to 15 minutes] to old town Dubrovnik. Short walk to a beach. Plesent stroll along pedestrian way with decent restuarants. A good place to stay if wish to stay away from the crowds in Dubrovnik.
