Basically the hotel is okay especially for the nightly rate, however there is a musty
odor in the rooms and hallways that made me not give a better rating. It
would not deter me though from staying there again. Other than that, the hotel
reception and the valet all do a nice job.

Loved the front desk service and assistance, rooms, and location...hallways and meeting rooms smell a bit musty, house wine at the pub is awful (beer on tap was great however), and breakfasts left much to be desired. Lemongrass restaurant across the street is fantastic--go early, they don't take reservations.

The O'Callaghan is where you stay when the Westin and the Loews are full.
The bed was nicely firm and the linens and the room were clean.
At 4 in the morning I had a drunk banging on my door because he had the wrong room.
