Expensive hotel for its value. The rooms are quite old, spacious and clean but very impersonal. The location of the hotel is excellent being connected to the multiplaza mall (shops and restaurants). Next time I would definitely try to look for something more valuable.

Check-in was friendly. Room was available prior to the check-in time. Rooms are large and comfortable. On discovery that the President 's restaurant was full, Anick on the desk found an excellent restaurant, Alkimia, and arranged transportation. This was a one night stopover, and was just right for that. Excellent shopping mall next door
