First time in Nicaragua, found hotel on Trip Advisor and it looked appealing. The staff, Alfredo, Mario, Paul and everyone there were awesome and so friendly. Nice introduction to Mangua and a great deal

It is a very cozy and nice small hotel. The employees are very super nice, especially Alfredo. He is very helpful and friendly. Speaks little English. The breakfast is awesome, very courteous chef. Amelia is a REAL PAIN IN THE AS, but its OK. The owner very RUDE. Don't know any manners and his wife is also rude. You don't... More

While we are glad you found our hotel to be cozy, we are certainly concerned that you found our administrative staff to be unfriendly and had difficulty interacting with one of our employees. It´s hard to specifically respond since it´s unclear what transpired that resulted in your conclusion. If we had more information, we would certainly try to investigate and... More

I was looking for a place to stay for the afternoon and evening only as I had to be at the airport at 11:00 pm for my flight home. I only needed a place to rest, shower, and basically just relax before my flight home. When I checked in at 4 pm I was very sorry that my stay would... More

Thanks for the review and the positive comments. We're sorry that it was a bit noisy for you. We're made some policy modifications in response. First, we disabled the sound on the lobby computers. Their purpose is for our guests to contact home, etc. For guests who want to use Skype, we offer a microphone/headset, so this should not interfere... More

My family stayed in this very nice small hotel in Managua this past Christmas. I must say that pretty much of what was said in past positive reviews is true. The people working at this place are very nice and are eager to please you and meet your needs and wants. Breakfast is very big and delicious, and it is... More

We´re glad that you enjoyed your visit to Art Hotel Managua and that you rated us with five stars. We´re working to expand our menu in the evenings. It´s unlikely we´ll keep a large amount of items on site for the evenings because the demand isn´t there and we end up discarding most of it. We presently offer spaghetti, fish... More

I have to say that my favorite thing about coming to Managua is my time spent at my "Oasis in Managua", the Art Hotel. I always feel right at home in the best way. This hotel is next to a local park that is the host of a football match every sunday with the local guys from the area. The... More

This is my second time at the hotel. Now they have converted most of it into a gallery of crafts and art made by local artists It sure beats trampling through the market and they let you look and touch without trying to sell you. Rooms are clean and with hot water. when the electricity went out in Managua they... More

Let me start by saying that this is one of my favorite hotels and places to stay in any place. The laid back atmosphere is so very relaxing and safe. Thanks for the kind review. We readily admit it's not as perfect as you make it sound, but we do try to make it relaxed. And, yes, we drove you around looking for chocolate chips-- but we had an ulterior motive for that!! Indeed, they were good cookies! So we're hoping you return!!! (To be clear, we'd want you to...
