If you´re looking for a decent hotel during a business trip, Siesta can be a good option, though the rooms are outdated, they are clean and comfortable. Have stayed at Hotel Siesta in San Salvador many a time since the 1970s. My latest visit was in July 2009. It's a first-rate, moderately-priced hotel. It is clean, there is wireless, high-speed internet, and ample and tasty breakfasts are complimentary. The service is consistently friendly. It's my preferred choice in San Salvador.
