I have stayed at this hotel for a number of years now. The staff turnover is so low that I have become friends with many of the staff. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood and well guarded. The breakfast is wonderful, try the omelet.

Great rooms, super personnel attention and hotel location for business or family vacations. Food is first class, good drinks choices and fabulous SPA. You can get anywhere form this hotel location. I can assure anyone that you will get the best value for the money that you are paying.

Definitely a 5 Star Hotel. Upon arrival, Rafael from the concierge greeted us with freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms were immaculate and bed was very comfortable. Live music in the lobby bar area every night. Staff very friendly, informative and very professional.

the hotel just sucks. The room had a disgusting odor, the internet connection was terrible, the hotel is old and old fashioned. Try to avoid it at all cost. Only one elevator was in service and had to wait long for the elevator to arrive on my floor.

This hotel features all necessary ammenities to make the stay in San Salvador comfortable. The hotel offers airport transfer service at a reasonable rate which is recommendable for a visit to El Salvador. Staff are freidnly and rooms comfortable.

All the staff, from the doorman to the maid were very friendly and always making sure our stay was going well. The doorman actually knew our name by the end of the trip and couldn't wait to see us again. (No we didn't give tips to make them this nice!!)
