I went to San Salvador on a business trip and the hotel was lovely. The beds are WONDERFUL - wish I could have shipped it home! Accomodation, food and service was all excellent. Each morning the breakfast included many fresh fruits, juices, coffee and an abundance of pastries, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Salvador. More

Staff is very friendly. Food is rather mediocre. Wifi is a bit dicy. Shuttle service did not appear at airport for pickup, even though I had exchanged several e-mails to request it (but was able to locate another shuttle that could take me there). Rooms are OK, not outstanding. More

You can't beat the location if doing business in the area. Food is mediocre at best. Entire hotel but especially rooms need to be remodeled. Stayed here on week for work. Rooms were very good. Restaurant was good. The special coffee bar was a plus and the entertainment was good. Within walking distance of other food/bev options.. Loved the front desk staff and the VIP breakfast room/bar. More

From the minute you walk in, this place is a delight. We were exhausted when we arrived, and my husband needed some medication. The concierge literally walked with us to the Pharmacy to help with translation! Everywhere we turned, they were helpful and friendly.
