The hotel, the rooms & the facilities are flattering as it should be. Having breakfast in the in-house restaurant is more than nice. The attitude of the local team is outstanding. the Bar is nice with very good service.

Outstanding service for a European hotel! I'm used to traveling in Asia where service is exceptional, and the Intercontinental exceeded even my expectations - well done! The additional fee for a club room on the executive floor made all the difference in this stay. It's worth it without a doubt.

we did not stay here but we went for a coffee break during our walking tour around bucharest. the hotel needs refurbishment badly.everything looked in good condition but the style is from the '80's.the service, politness and profesionalism of the cafe employers were excellent though.

Stayed two nights there. The room was big but the facilities were a kind of old. The staff came twice to my room the fix the electricity console and air-conditioning. Nevertheless, Staff were friendly and the hotel is walking distance from the old town.

We have been to many conference hotels and this is the best by far. Staff could not be more attentive. Everything is impeccable. The beds are marvelous and I've slept really well. Our conference was superb and the staff took good car of us.
