I have stayed with my family in this hotel many times. My favorite hotel ever, superb staff all in all great. However, not having wifi in the rooms included in the price is unacceptable for me. They should reconsider on this. The location is very good. Recommended ;)

Only stayed one night but very good. Had an excellent evening meal . All staff helpful and friendly. Just a short walk of 15 mins to city centre. Be careful of pavements in city centre as many holes and bits missing work in progress on the main street.

This is a perfect place. I spent 5 nights there and it was spotless. Except the wi-fi is not free and the food at the restaurant is a bit expensive the rest was great. Excellent hotel, super location - walking to NDK, Mall - City Center and of course the Vitosha street. Nice Gym, Spa with Steam, Sauna and Massage, Wi- Fi, decent Breakfast and friendly staff .... one of the best staying options in Sofia. Highly recommended.
