Not only is the location good because it is central, but the hotel is set back off the street so it doesn't suffer from lots of traffic noise (Albanians are not afraid to use their horns:)). A reasonable price for a quiet hotel tucked away, but not too far away to be annoying. Service was superb. Staff was very friendly and hospitable and spoke English well. Room was comfortable for the most part. Only issue was the shower that was basically drizzling water and a puddle of water that never drained from the bathroom.
