Likes: The location was perfect and close by to the Inca Ruins. Quiet hotel and very clean. Friendly staff. Great value for money.  Modern clean rooms, lovely garden area. Refreshments sold at a reasonable price. Dislikes None

We stayed here for one night before starting the 4 day Inca Trail trek. A very nice hotel! Our room was very comfortable and nice and quite. We overlooked the courtyard which is much quieter than the street. The shower is terrific...plenty of hot water!! Breakfast was very good.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tikawasi Valley Hotel for 1 night. The location was great (right by the entrance gates to the archeological sites). English communication was limited but it had the warm feel of a family-run hotel. Hot showers were no problem for us, and shampoo/conditioner/soap/hair dryer was provided which saved my day as I had left all... More

The location here is good as you are just next to the ruins which we could see from a corner of our window. They did not have us on the record even though I booked weeks in advance, so we were moved from room to room. The room we had for two was tiny, with towels and some head and... More

This was our first hotel in Peru. We stayed three nights. The location is ideal for seeing the local ruins and Machu Picchu (without having to stay overnight in Aqua Caliente). If you go to MP I recommend booking the earliest departure and the latest return. The hotel host provided a free box lunch for MP at request which was... More

A little away from the main plaza but very friendly place to stay with free cocoa tea available in all hours to ease altitude sickness. Upper level much better as the lower level tend to be noisy with lots of traffic. Good breakfast.

This hotel was a great little place. The rooms were large and comfortable. I had heard negative things about the showers but when we were there the showers had great water pressure and lots of warm water. One of the better showers that I had during my stay in Peru. Breakfast was typical for this area.. cereal, fruit, bread and... More

We were delighted with our stay. It was certainly everything we needed especially close proximity to ruins, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard, the comfortable room, delicious and ample breakfast, and most importantly, the warm, friendly service. This is a family owned and operated hotel and they are hard working and genuinely eager to please which is always... More

If you are looking for a cute, quiet, relaxing good value for money hotel in Ollantaytambo, this is your place. We were treated excellently, and were given really nice hints when we asked about what to visit, where to dine, etc. They have a very cute patio where you can enjoy mate de coca. However, forget about internet...there is only... More

Wow what a great place and such wonderful staff! We stayed as a group of 4 women and found both our rooms immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable with proper duvet covers! The breakfast was very nice and accommodating and they were able to prepare it very early for us before our trips. The location of...
