This hotel is very expensive for what it is. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen installed. They only gave you three drinks in the fridge and you had to put in a order for any thing else from the mini bar. I stayed 4 days, and it was good, the room was big, the bed comfortable, but a little small. The restaurant was good, but one day i order a steak that was very hard. The staff is very nice. The elevator lasted 20 seconds to close everytime

Building is quite old, I will suggest upgrades. Anyway although it is a 5 stars hotel, prices are really good. So if you are looking for a great quality-cost level, this will fit you. As well, customer service is nice, they are just nice.

Terrible service. Charged me $650 USD extra in case of incidentals which they did not run by me. Kept trying to charge things I already paid for twice. The staff were constantly interrupting me to ask me the same questions repeatedly about payment. Rooms small, old and dingy. Expected a lot more. Do not stay here!!!!!

Poor hotel. Looks like the building is a little old and they tried to updated it. The rooms are like apart hotel with a little kitchen and living room. Beds are relatively small and the rooms are quite noisy.
