Hotel is nice considering the price. Service is good,but problems with the recommended travel agency because they didnt pay the airline even tho we paid them. Finally got it straightened out by calling agency from airport. Good thing we got to airport early. Location is a long distance from miraflores, barranco, usembassy etc., due to traffic.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I left the Swissotel was a pleasant surprise. Everything worked and the staff were friendly and competent. The restaurant was great. The internet was free and functioned. The location was excellent and safe. There's not much more to say. 10 out of 10.
