The hotel rooms are dated. Breakfast is able to satisfy every need. The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in the Miraflores district, nearby you can find good restaurants and all the shops you want, the area is quiet and you can walk without problems.

Overall we a great exprience ....the service was great and location was good but not great .... The only issue we faced was problems with the door key 3 times even when we changed rooms.... Other than that it was great

I really liked the hotel. They were very welcoming. Excellent gym facility. Excellent Breakfast – I particularly enjoyed the house made granola. The fruit was also very fresh and tasty. They were very accommodating for anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Very disappointed, rooms were small, smell of mold and to top it off left the hotel for two nights when we went to Cusco, forgot my pillow in the room and mysteriously they couldn't locate it when I got back. Some housekeeper is enjoying my down pillow. Very sad
