Not as close to the square as we would have liked ... It would have been nice to go to the square then back to the hotel to drop stuff off before heading out again but we couldn't do that conveniently ... But the staff were friendly enough , breakfast was fine , first room was fine , small pillows... More

We stayed at the location in Urubamba. What an amazing experience since the arrival. We were driving all the day and had arrived to the hotel after midnight the team were waiting for us and after that all was a pleasurable stay headed by Tomasa Martinez Abal and team. Wonderful hotel with beautiful gardens, small pool and few cardio machines.... More

This hotel was part of a package tour from Sunny Beach destinations travel, so not sure of the cost. However, it was adequate for a budget traveller. The rooms were a bit dingy but if located around the elevator, had decent internet connection (however we had to ask them to turn it on when we arrived as it initially didn't... More

The hotel is located outside the square where most of the restaurants are but it is about 15 minute walk there and I didn't feel safe walking at night to/from hotel. The hotel itself was nice, with friendly staff. However, if you have lots of electronics to charge, there wasn't much plugs. I stayed in a double occupancy room which... More

The worst thing about this hotel is the location! Yes, it is only a 10 minute walk to the Indian Market, but then it is a mile up to the Plaza from the market. This is the 3 rd different hotel I have stayed in in Cusco and the rooms are really pretty interchangeable. This hotel does have the nicest... More

The staff are very good. The breakfast is fairly basic but there is a great selection of exotic fruits and they start serving extremely early to accommodate people with early starts. The rooms can be cold and the space heater can take awhile to heat up the room. I stay at one room before going to Machu Picchu and another... More

Cramped, cold, windowless room. Inadequate furniture for anyone in Peru for more than a night or two. Intermittent shower. Blankets which don't fit the bed. No drinking water. 30 minute walk through a run-down part of town in order to get to the centre of Cusco which is, after all, why you are there. Breakfast ok. Advice: pay a few... More

We stayed at this hotel 2 separate nights. We were not very thrilled with the location, however, it worked out quite well for us. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening because we returned too late from a tour. The food was very good. Our room didn't have a heater the first... More

As the other reviews have stated, this hotel is a very authentic, clean, and wonderful little hotel, but I'd like to focus on my particular experience here. I was staying at the Mabey Palacio hotel in November and we had left very early in the morning to go to Machu Picchu. Imagine my anguish when I realized three hours later... More

This hotel had everything I needed. Small tub/shower in roomy bathroom, larger tv with English channels, comfy bed, curtains that kept the light out, desk, closet with lots of drawers. Elevator wouldn't go to floor 3 but the staircase was lovely. Staff nice. Room service was a little problem. Person that answered phone didn't speak English. First time, order delayed... More
