This hotel was good, great location, nice rooms - even though was very cold but a heater was provided upon request, good service, average breakfast but very fresh. The staff as superb. The rooms can be a little bit loud early at night but later - on is no problem. The hotel is kept very clean.

For price, location and service provided we had a really nice stay here and would highly recommend. Clean, hot water, good breaky, free one pick from airport, not train station though. All in all a great stay.

Nice hotel, very helpfull, nice kolonial rooms, courtyards, a real treat in the heart of san Blas, just 5 minutes from the plaza de Armas and restaurants and shops. Rooms are somewhat dark but nice furnisched, good breakfast, helpfull staff, it is a place where you can rest after a day of exploring Cuzco.

The only positive things about this hotel are the grounds and its location. The location really can't be beat and the courtyard is lovely. i stayed 3 nghts and was the best experience ever, nice building great atmosphere, very helpfull crew, the rooms are quite and very comfortable, good deal not too expensive, but a great location and outstanding and very cozy.

Booked this hotel because of good reviews in books and on the net and because it fit with our budget. Not sure what everyone is going on about...
