Wi-fi was the most complex on the trip. took 3-4 tries to get it tied in. Each room has single log in for one computer. Very slow connection. Be aware they do not provide in room coffee service which also prevents you from boiling extra water in the room. They only provide 2 - 1/2 liter bottles of water the... More

The location was excellent for exploring the city, excellent WiFi, and comfortable bed however the foyer lacks any 'love', the corridor carpet was stained (4th floor), the restaurant prices were noticeable high for what was served up and breakfast below par. On the upside the service staff were helpful and one person in particular Jimmy Marco seemed to carry the... More

We had requested one of the more deluxe hotels in the Cusco, however being Easter week and booking late the Novotel Cusco was the best hotel our travel agent could find. I wasn't sure what to expect. First off the location is terrific. It's not on the main square, but walkable to it. This actually is an advantage as you... More

This hotel is located within walking distances of all the different things you might want to visit such as: Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, Church of Santo Domingo, Church of San Francisco, Museo of the Incas, small grocery stores, etc. There are many restaurants, and stores for shopping. It has a lot of stars, but it is an older hotel. Many... More

The hotel is located in the historic center of Cusco, a few steps from the Plaza de Armas and the Catedral. The room was spacious and clean, the reception friendly, the service helpful, the breakfast good, TV and internet were excellent. It was a really enjoyable stay. When you arrive with your car you may experience the one-way maze and... More

A beautiful old building that has been restored. On walking in from the street, a hint of surprise awaits as you glance up along the cloisters on the second floor overlooking the courtyard where the lobby and restaurant is now based. However, further along the rooms are fairly non-descript, like you would find in many business type hotels throughout the... More

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Novotel Cusco. Our room was quiet, clean and climate controlled. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Plus the location of the hotel was excellent and the ambiance quite nice. The only negative was that the lobby lacked vitality-- although it is a very nice space.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights before our trek and one night on completion. On arrival, we were immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They were eager to assist us and make our stay more enjoyable. Cocoa tea was available in the lobby to help us adjust to the altitude. The room was exactly what you... More

Im currently on my second night here now. The location is great. Close by the square, restaurants...etc. however everything else has been lack luster. My room is downstairs. So I feel as though I'm underground. The window up can look up out of the hole and there is supposed to be a garden up there. Haha. There is no decor,... More
