We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Novotel Cusco. Our room was quiet, clean and climate controlled. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Plus the location of the hotel was excellent and the ambiance quite nice. The only negative was that the lobby lacked vitality-- although it is a very nice space.
