We stayed here a total of four nights as part of the Intrepid Travel "Majestic Peru" trip... and found this to be just as others reviewed: cold and dark with an extremely poor location. Nights are very chilly in Cusco, and the space heaters the hotel provides are completely inadequate. Our room, in particular (Room 108), was always freezing because... More

This hotel is a good 15 minute walk, on narrow streets, and down steep, uneven roads, to the main square. Then our group leader made us walk and transport baggage down the steep road to get to our coach. Other buses stopped right at the door for pick up and delivery. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful.... More

Having spent 4 nights at this hotel as part of an Intrepid Trip i would not recommend it to anyone The rooms were dark, noisy, very cold and there was very little hot water (normally only available certain times of the day) Our first room had the worst electrics i had ever seen - the sockets were hanging off the... We used this as a base for before and after our Inca Trail Trek. Initially thought this hotel was fabulous. Nice rooms and friendly staff and a bath tub and great hot water. Heaters also available in the rooms. Upon returning from trekking to find no hot water was a disappointment. It only got worse when we were told it... More

Low key, quiet and nice people. Unfortunately there was some hair in my shower between the second and third night. Since I have blonde hair and the hair was black I can only assume that someone used the shower while I was out. It´s not a huge deal, since I took my valuables with me at all times. When I... More

We used this hotel as a base before and after the inka trail. Our first room, despite being a suite, was a little dungeon like with no natural light, the second room was better. Hot water was infrequent, and not forthcoming at all when we returned after the trek, definitely not what you want after trekking in the cold and... More

Stayed total of 4 nights at Koyllurr Inn in Cusco and found it to be central but quiet and relaxed. Somewhere to recuperate after long days travelling around. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to ensure we got the best out of our visit to the area.

Vey nice hotel in Aguas Calientes. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Close to the Thermal Baths and very helpful staff. The hotel in Aguas Calientes are more expensive than in Cusco, but La Cabana was a great deal.

We stayed here during our honeymoon while making a tour through Peru. We stayed 3 nights and then went to Aguas Calientes for 1 night (they are really flexible, you can leave all your luggage behind) and then we returned for the last night. Because it was our honeymoon, we got an upgrade to a bigger room with a king'size... More
