We stayed at Scandinavia Hostal and Jehssely (owner) was very friendly and made you feel at home. She was very helpful in trying to help us locate our lost luggage. Its well situated; about a couple of minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa. A cozy place that I recommend.
