We found this place randomly and were very pleased: great location on Calle Jerusalem, cute patio, friendly staff and above all, hot showers with pressure ( a rare find in Perú ). Rooms are basic but clean enough and the patio they open on makes for a lovely stay. We paid 40Soles for a double room.

I stayed here for my first 4 days in Arequipa and thought the place was good. Room clean, staff friendly, breakfast basic but usual for Peru and the sun terrace was very nice. 5 mins walk to Plaza de Armas and felt very safe there.

We stayed here 4 nights in 2 different rooms (with and without private bathroom). The room without bathroom is very basic and a little bit dirty, but the room with bathroom is very nice! i stayed at this oasis for 4 nights. the owner + staff were wonderful to me. i enjoyed having a secure place to leave my belongings, while gallivanting around arequipa. i highly recommend staying at La Casona De Jerulsalen!
