This is a real find in Quito and a great value. It's a business hotel so there are not a lot of amenities and really for Quito it's totally adequate. The area can be a bit sketchy at night but there are a number of excellent restaurants close by. Be sure to use the staff to call your cab. They... More

Stayed here as part of a group in late March. The hotel was a bit quaint vis a vis checkin service (lots of paperwork - common in Ecuador) but was perfectly adequate in every other regard. Comfortable beds, functioning TV with lots of channels, free Wi-Fi, lots of water pressure & hot water, very clean. Service staff very helpful with... More

We had to get up at 3AM to get to airport by 4 AM. There was not a drop of hot water in the shower. When I checked out the manager said that I should have asked for another room when I knew there was no hot water. Was I supposed to go to front desk in my bathrobe and... More

We stayed here either side of a 10 day Galapogas tour. This is a really nice hotel where everything works as you would and expect. The rooms are spacious and quiet, bathrooms, wifi and AC all perform really well. The place presents a bit corporate customer in style, but it is very tasteful and well kept. Staff are efficient and... More

I stayed here an extra night after returning from G-Adventures trip to the Galapagos on New Year's eve. This was an absolutely ideal location because I could take a break in my room whenever necessary and then go into the street for the festivities since the major ones were right in the neighborhood. Even with all the fireworks, the hotel... More

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning and end of a G Adventures trip. Check in was super fast, hotel has free wifi and breakfast included which was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean - our 1st room was newer, 2nd one a bit more tired. Was fairly quiet location (for Quito!) and was only $5 to/from airport in a... More

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel in a few different rooms. The corner rooms were very nice, but the others were quite small. Staff were friendly and spoke English but not very helpful. Stayed 3 nights in this hotel in October. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially in Reception. The buffet breakfast was served from 5am-10am so great if you were starting a tour early or fancied a lie-in! Preparation was a wee bit slow at 5am, but who can blame them?!! The restaurant food was tasty in the evenings with... More
