My brother and I spent 3 nights here. Walter and Marcello were excelent hosts. Very personal and full of great advice and ideas....things to do, places to eat etc. Breakfasts were so fantastic we rarely needed lunch. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this B&B to anyone.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Walter and Marcelo of Casa Moro are like having family to stay with in the up & coming Santiago-Chile-experience. After a 9 hour overnight flight, it was too nice to have someone call your name in the taxi-area of the airport and whisk you away to your own private bed&breakfast home with fresh coffee and... My wife and I spent one night at this B&B. Walter and Marcelo were truly wonderful hosts and excellent city guides. They had many recommendations for not miss places to see as well as restaurants to go to. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others.

We stayed at Casa Moro for a few days in late October, 2012. The hosts were wonderful, especially since our Spanish was limited. They provided us with wonderful information about where to go and what to see, as well as information about how to find good public transportation. The breakfasts were great, and overall we'd recommend Casa Moro as a... More

Casa Moro truly provided excellent service even before our arrival, helping us with a car rental (make sure to request air conditioning as it does not come standard, we later discover). Walter was there to welcome us on our arrival. He was very helpful throughout our stay, suggesting places to visit and restaurants. Marcelo was just as friendly, despite my... More

To visit a new place, I always prefer to stay with friends or people I know. I just feel I have a richer and fuller experience through people who live there. When I arrived to Santiago last week, Walter picked me up at the airport and by the time we got to Casa Moro it totally felt like I was... More

I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Santiago. Very friendly, relaxed and central with pretty rooms. Walter was incredibly helpful and informative - we learned much about Chilean life from chatting to him, and he also pointed us in the right direction for sight-seeing and restaurants. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty, the dogs and cats add a... More

We wish had more time to stay at Casa Moro. But in a short time we felt we were staying with friends and instantly liked Walter and Marcelo. The place is safe, in a great location to get around Santiago and is charming. The pets were a big hit with my daughter and made us feel like we were home.... More
