We liked this hotel, but calling room with king bed and fold out sofa triple is a stretch. Stayed there on business in March 2011 and was very satisfied. Helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet has good variety and lots of fresh juices. Will visit again this year. More

Hotel is priced right if your work is in VITACURA area. Otherwise be preapred to spend time in clogged traffic if you have to go downtown. Very pleasant hotel with good facilities, free internet and good breakfast. Rooms are not huge but confortable, just the light in the room is not ideal for reading in bed. Location is great if you have to work in the Vitacura area. Nice restaurants around. Far from the centre. More

Novotel was a great option for me: close to UN agencies and in Vitacura, which is a great neighbourhood, full of very good restaurants. The hotel offers good accommodation and facilities, free parking and a great breakfast. Just do not take the highest score because many of the apartments, including what I got, have a bad smell that they can not take off. More
