Four of us stayed in two rooms for one night before flying out. The rooms were very comfortable and the double windows kept the noise down. When we wanted a beer at the bar we were told the restaurant didn't open until 7pm so we used room service. Breakfast was OK and it was included in the tariff.

The location is very good and right next to the pedestrian streets and close to restaurants and shops. Our bedroom was very good and well appointed, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. When we arrived the reception staff were young, efficient and very helpful - they spoke English fluently. One evening I tried to... More

This hotel was very good value for the money but we were there 2 months ago and I don't remember the room. Breakfast was good and staff very nice and helpful. Fast check-out. It's possible to cover most sights walking. Nice cafées and restaurants on the corner.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Panamericano in March this year. The location we found to be excellent and the value for money was very good. The hotel itself could do with some upgrading, but it was clean, comfortable and a bed after our long 14 hour flight from Australia!

The room was about the nicest we had in South America, newly renovated so updated everything. However, the walls are a bit thin as we could hear the TV next door. Breakfast is included and was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. There are some restaurants just out the door where we went for lunch; unfortunately we did... More

We allowed ourselves three nights in Santiago before our cruise, and found the hotel to be ideal for our purposes. Pleasant staff, who usually responded well to requests the third time that the requests were made. Comfortable and spacious room, with a safe that refused to work despite the best efforts of the staff. Fairly good buffet breakfast in a... More
