Sophisticated, clean and impressive are three words to describe the San Cristobal Tower. My business trip to Santiago was made so much more relaxing and organized by staying here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for my needs. There is plenty of room. and sometimes I hardly felt in was in a hotel. First class.

Business delegation, late January 2013, 2 nights. Very good hotel, which share the same premises with Sheraton Santiago. All the facilities (gym, pool, restaurants) are excellent, but the overall feel of the hotel was strange. Rooms are luxurious, but made you feel 15 years older (wood, dark colors, furniture). The hotel is ok, especially for a business stay. But check in and check out took too long and when at 8am we asked for an early check in, the room could be made ready only at 1pm. It took a long time to pay bills as well (issues with the system if I understood right)

It is a classy hotel, well located and very comfortable. Lots of details made our stay a memorable one, and we reallt thank all the staff to let us have a pleasant week. Breakfast is not remarkable, good though. Bed is something to recommend!!!
