Great location! Lots to see and do within easy walking distance of the hotel in the neighborhood of Providencia. Front desk staff was inexperienced, but the lead person, Maria, was exceptional. This hotel has a medium range facilities and service but they charge you as if they would have a Premium facilities. They charge you for the name Sheraton even though they are far from it. I would describe the decode as rustic --- what you would expect form a Holiday Inn, but very well-maintained and clean. The hotel is well-managed and employees seem to be on top of every detail.
