Stayed in this hotel for four nights whilst on holiday. It's located in a pleasant, safe area with plenty of restaurant and coffee shops nearby. The hotel is rather odd really. It's like two hotels in one, with two separate towers one new and the other showing it's age. Having read other reviews we booked requesting a room in the... More

I booked a room with points in this hotel. At the check-in I mentioned that I need 2 single beds and the hotel guy tried to find one. Then he talked to his colleague if he could give me that room (he did not know that I understand Spanish as well), they were laughing a little bit. When I entered... More

We just spent the nights at this property. After reading some somewhat negative reviews we weren't sure what our stay would be like. Well it was great! We asked to stay in the new tower and it was no problem. Room was spacious and clean. AC worked great and the room was well appointed though there was no coffee maker.... More

We booked a club room in the club wing but the first room they had us in was very noisy , so we rang down and they immediately moved us to a very nice room and much quieter. Very helpful staff and a good location close to good restaurants, shops and not far from the shopping centre and some lovely... More

Service was awful - unfriendly staff, had to pay (a lot) for wifi, bad recommendations from concierge - felt like there was an extra cost for everything - had to pay to use the gym, and when I asked them to turn on the air conditioning bc it felt like a sauna, they said no, and just found the rooms... I guess that I stayed in older tower of the hotel, but I wouldn't have known it - I thought it was lovely! I had a king bed (room 714). The corner-room was extremely spacious and bright with a couch, arm chair, large desk and large flat-screen television. The room had two giant windows in the bedroom, and even had... More

Went to check in this morning and the room I was promised via Amex Business Travel (and double confirmed via a second call to the hotel after the bad reviews I saw on here) was not given to me. I specifically asked for a king bed for 5 nights in the new tower and they put me in a twin... More

I would like to note that this hotel have two buildings, one is newer and better than the other. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, each night a week apart and the first night I stayed at the older building while I stayed at the newer building on the second night. Also, I would like to note that... More

The hotel is within walking distance of many fine restaurants. We had a corner room with a lot of windows, which made the room feel very open. It had a small couch and table, which gave you plenty of room. The bathroom was roomy with a separate toilet area (even though there was a window next to the toilet, remember... More
