Beautiful location with a superb architectural design. Personnel is kind and customer oriented. Te pool is not the place to be at the hotel. It's ridiculously small for a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the restaurant is good but is not the best place around (too expensive for the food quality). try other locations nearby

This hotel must rate as the best I've ever stayed in. The foyer and lounge have cathedral proportions and the use of the lava rock and bare timber is reminiscent of a hunting lodge in Germany. The restaurant and cuisine are superb and generous. The rooms spacious, and the views over the lake to the Osorno volcano stunning.

Beautiful Hotel!! Amazing view and rooms. The heated pool and sauna are a great way to finish the day. Use the bikes to visit the city of Puerto Varas and enjoy the view of lake Llanquihue. They are free and in very good conditions!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful itself and the view of the lake and volcano is unparalleled. The lobby/great room is breathtaking. I wanted to stay forever. Everything was sparkling clean, the staff was friendly and the service excellent. This is the place to stay in Puerto Varas.
