Room was a decent size and clean. Hotel is in a quiet location and reasonably close to Orchard Road, only 5 minutes in a taxi. Had to pay for wifi, I think it was around $4 which okay is not going to break the bank but in this day and age, wifi should be provided for free as standard.

I have found the VIP really good value - rooms are clean and mine was a really good size (terrace suite). TI have found the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Service is very poor the staff are very rude specially the auntie singaporean. The toilet is very stinky! My daughter and I travelled with a colleague and her daughter. We were four in the room which I booked (c/o Agoda), the room just enough for the four of us, very basic but not that bad and the food as breakfast... quite fair. The place a bit far but the staff specially the Filipinos were very accomodating.

Our room was infested by ants, hundreds & hundreds, which swarmed our belongs in additional to the furniture, drinking glasses.
