Spent there a few nights and I can say it wasn't bad at all. Staff were friendly and willing to assist at any time. Breakfast was very decent, although not many options. It's located away from the crowd and noisy bars/pubs/clubs. It's 5 mins walk from the main road where u can get cheap tricycles to go from one station... More

Both me and my partner cornered August for our leaves and immediately decided that we have to go back to Boracay. We got a great deal from Agoda and booked our stay at Lazy Dog for 3 nights. Unfortunately when we arrived at Boracay there was a typhoon. Good thing the resort room was rustic and homey. Wifi was at... More

When we got to the room there was no toilet paper nor did the light work. The beds are simple bamboo beds that creak. The shower walls are very mouldy. The air conditioner is on its last legs and is very loud. I feel at around $115 for a family room this room was very over-priced. The bathroom floor floods... More

The location of Lazy Dog B&B is nearby Bulabog beach, which is famous for kite surfing. The room is very clean and simple. The staff here are very friendly. It takes you 10 mins to walk to white beach(S1 & S2). But there's some cock nearby the Lazy Dog. Every early morning, you are waked up by the cock.....which made... More

Great location right off the kite-surfing area of Bulabog, and yet only 10 minute walk to White Beach. Clean, simple rooms and decent food. Best feature was the friendliness of staff, owners and fellow travelers, who created a quick community with inside knowledge of the best of Boracay.

This hostel is just 2 mins away from the kite-surfing beach. But... I feel that this hostel is very overpriced. Quality of room: Little comfort is provided in the room. Toilet tends to flood after showering and the TV in the room did not come with a remote. Dirt floor leads to your room and it difficult not to bring... More

I love this little hideaway. I came back to Boracay after 13 years and wanted to find a place on the Bolabog side that would provide a quiet, relaxing place. I got the standard room with 2 single beds. It was just right for my needs - enough room not to feel cramped, a place to store clothes and bags... More

As someone with wanderlust I have been all over the world and stayed at hotels from the fanciest, the ritz and Marco polo chains to gritty hostels. There are a few that has made a mark that I would always find myself going back to. The ritz Carlton in puerto Rico, the Marco polo in Davao, butterfly in hk, vilasanta... More

My friend and I stayed in a deluxe room at New Year's, and the only thing deluxe about the room was the price. Perhaps the room was slightly larger than a standard, but the cons far outweighed the pros: it was uncomfortable, had unpleasant fluorescent lighting, the bedding smelled odd, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Food... More

Like other recent reviews, I just wanted to balance this out a little... We stayed at the Lazy Dog in Peak season (over Christmas). I hadn't been to the Philippines before but was used to basic accomodation through other hols in Asia. The Lazy Dog is below basic. The rooms were incredibly dark, a very loud air conditioner, the pressure... More
