when i was checking in, the room that i had reserved online was no longer available. they were insisting on giving me a room more than double the price (from HK$205, they were offering a room worth HK$550). I cancelled and looked for another room. got one for HK$165 per night with complete amenities (toilet and bath, wifi, tv). More
