Stayed at the L' Hotel in Hong Kong for 4 days and the rooms were ok But the staff are rude and have no idea what so ever of how staff of a large hotel should act and the baggage check in is a joke. More

I had no problem with cleanliness or friendly staff as others have had. My stay was short and and enjoyable one. Very centrally located for trains and buses. My only complaint is the rock hard bed. NOt sure how to solve that one - some people might like the feeling of sleeping on a board! More
