The hotel is not far away from the subway but we made a mistake and got off one station ahead of TONGLUOWAN station. So it took extra one hour to find it. It's easy to get in the hotel by walk if we come from Tongluowan station. I like the outside of the hotel especially in night. what's more,The guide... More

I was asked whether I need a no smoking room. I said yes. The room was on the 6th floor marked "No smoking floor" . Surprisingly, I found the washroom smells smoky. The toilet has a serious stink of cigerette. I stayed for three nights and the smell lasted. The service is good except that on the third night I... More

Thank you for your comment. Cosmopolitan offers 14 non-smoking floors with firmly strict penalty policy if smoking vestige has been found. I however would like to tribute my sincere apology that you had unfortunately found the unusual smoky smell as well as the stink of cigarettes in your guest room. though we believe it might be an innocent mistake by... Spent 3 weeks in this hotel and fully enjoy the stay, and the hospitality of all the staffs and management. The location is right in the middle of HK., but 15 minutes walk from the hustle bustle of packed and noisy Causeway Bay, which serves as a barrier. The free shuttle service is frequent and convenience to the subway. From... More

The hotel itself is located directly across from the Happy Valley Racetrack, and close to both Times Square and the Wan Chai open air market. It is almost directly between the Causeway Bay and Wan Chai MTR stop, both about a 15 minute walk away. Though small by western standards, the rooms are not terribly cramped for the area. The... Located opposite the Happy Valley Stadium and within 10-15min walking distance of Times Square this hotel is a must for those travelling to HK but can't quite afford luxury hotel prices. Staff were faultless in their customer service, from the very helpful bellboys to the Hotel Manager Ronald Cheung, who even provided complimentary chocolates for our room for Chinese New... More

Decent size rooms (for Hong Kong) however we were in the rooms which faced the graveyard (but the hotel covered this with opaque blinds so you couldnt see anything out of the windows - couldnt even open for fresh air!). Apart from this, our stay was a pleasant one, good for travellers who wish to stay on the hong kong... More

I stayed here for an MBA study abroad trip with my university for 2 weeks. The rooms were very small but nice. The room categories really matter, so choose accordingly. The bathrooms were solid, the water pressure was great, and the pillows were very soft. I only had breakfast in the hotel lobby and it was a mixture of traditional... More

Being aware of how small rooms and bathrooms are in Hong Kong hotel, I was expecting the worst. I was very surprised, the rooms were a great size and the bathroom was an average size which I did not mind. Chic decor, and the ipod dock was very handy. The replacement of bottled water daily was extremely appreciated in the... More
