“What a view”

Great location. Amazing views friendly and efficient staff. Views from the bar on the 18th floor . Negative point, slow with drink orders and always ask for canned soft drinks. Otherwise a fantastic memorable trip.

“Excellent way to Experience Hong Kong”

A perfect business / family getaway tucked in the shopping district of Tsim sha Tsui, i find Sheraton hong kong (Club Floor) a perfect place to experience the city and enjoy hospitality of a true star category hotel.

This hotel is difficult to rate. Staff is EXCELLENT. TRULY EXCELLENT. It's not easy training hotel staff but whomever trains them is a genius! “Harbor Hotel”

Stayed for 2 nites in this hotel, quite nice experienced. Location wise is very good, facing the harbor and arround the shopping area. The MTR station about 5 min walking distance, got out in Tsim Sha Tsui station. Exit P go directly near the hotel. Value for money and as expected good service.

I've stayed here several times, but never in a Tower room. This time, the tower rooms were discounted, so I took advantage to book one with a harbor view. The extra cost was within reason I felt.
