“The best room in HK so far - for business or romance”

I stayed two nights for business. It's good to very good for its hotel class, staff is very friendly and attentive. The room on the 15th floor is the best I ever stayed in HK. “Poor staff training lets it down”

Stayed here quite a lot and couldn't put my finger on why I don't like it until I realised it's the organisation and staff. Everything is more difficult than it should be and you can't easily get help. Rooms are fine but the staff are at best ineffectual. Catering is so so.

“Overpriced small rooms”

I was looking for a hotel near the Coliseum and ended up staying here for 4 nights. Location is good as it was within 10-15 minutes walking distance from HK Coliseum and the nearest MTR station isn't too far away on foot. Other than that, the hotel building is pretty dated and needs a major refurbishment.
