We really liked the hotel! First impression was like: wow! Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast, very, very nice restaurant and great service provided by the customer service orientated staff. If I would go to HK one more time, I would definitelly choose Cosmo Hotel Mongkok again.

Hotel room is clean. Received fresh towel everyday after room service. Lobby staff services are excellent; they are very friendly n helpful, very well verse with tourist attractions.
